Bambu Lab TPU for AMS Black – Refill, 1 kg is an original TPU filament directly from Bambu Lab, designed for seamless compatibility with AMS / AMS Lite systems and all Bambu Lab 3D printers.
Compared to common soft TPU materials, this variant has optimized hardness and stiffness, so it does not deform or jam in the AMS path. At the same time, it maintains sufficient flexibility and abrasion resistance, making it a great choice for functional, mechanically stressed, and repeatedly bent parts.
The Refill version is delivered without a plastic center – you simply mount the filament onto a reusable Bambu Lab spool. This saves plastic waste and reduces shipping and storage costs.

Printing Recommendations (General)
\nSpecific values may vary depending on the Bambu Lab printer and current profiles in Bambu Studio / OrcaSlicer. Below are approximate ranges.
- Nozzle Temperature: approx. 220–250 °C
- Bed Temperature: approx. 35–60 °C
- Print Speed: rather lower than for PLA/PETG (for better detail quality)
- Recommended Nozzles: stainless or hardened with a diameter of 0.4 / 0.6 / 0.8 mm
- Recommended Bed Surface: smooth or textured PEI
It is recommended to dry the filament before printing TPU to minimize bubbling and stringing.
