Bambu Lab PA6‑GF Gray is a premium glass fiber reinforced nylon filament, developed for professional and industrial use. It combines high mechanical strength, stiffness, temperature resistance, and dimensional stability, making it ideal for functional and structural parts subjected to high loads.
Glass fiber reinforced PA6 significantly reduces deformation and warping compared to conventional nylons and maintains stable dimensions even for larger and complex prints.

Values may vary slightly depending on the specific printer, nozzle, and part geometry. We always recommend fine-tuning according to your conditions.

- Recommended nozzle type: hardened / reinforced steel (abrasive material)
- Not recommended: 0.2 mm nozzle, standard stainless steel nozzle
- Recommended nozzle diameter: 0.4–0.6 mm (0.6 mm preferred for longer life and flow stability)
Print Temperatures (orientational):
- Nozzle temperature: approx. 260–290 °C
- Bed temperature: approx. 80–100 °C
- Max. recommended print speed: up to around 120–130 mm/s (depending on detail and specific printer)
Other Recommendations:
- printing in a closed print chamber significantly improves print stability
- use calibrated first layer pressure and a suitable adhesive (glue, spray, special surface)
- store the filament dry and dry before printing if necessary
