Gold Textured PEI Print Plate Bambu Lab A1 Mini

Bambu Textured PEI Plate (double-sided) is designed for A1 mini printers. It offers excellent first-layer adhesion and enhanced durability. The plate withstands repeated heating and cooling cycles of the build plate. Prints are easy to remove once the build plate temperature reaches room temperature. The plate is compatible with various filament types, especially PLA.

Advantages

Disadvantages

• Adhesive is still recommended for certain filaments and printing conditions
• Cannot be used without heating the build surface
• LIDAR will have difficulty correctly reading the build surface and calibration may be affected

Things to know before use

Before auto-leveling, the nozzle must be repeatedly wiped in the special wiping area of the print plate to completely remove any residual material on the nozzle tip. The coating in the specially designed wiping area will gradually wear over time. This is normal and does not affect print quality or nozzle lifespan, so there is no need to worry about quality issues.
