Difference between P1P and P1S:
P1S offers an enclosed print chamber and a stronger cooling solution, which includes an auxiliary cooling fan for cooling prints, a chamber fan regulator for stabilizing the internal chamber temperature, and a control board fan to assist in cooling the control board. Additionally, it is equipped with an activated carbon filter for printing filaments such as ABS, which tend to emit odors and harmful gases during the printing process.
Bambu Lab P1S is designed for high-temperature and multi-color printing. This printer has an enclosed print chamber that allows for printing high-temperature filaments such as ABS without affecting the surrounding environment. P1S is also equipped with a stronger cooling solution, which includes an auxiliary cooling fan for cooling prints, a chamber fan regulator for stabilizing the internal chamber temperature, and a control board fan to assist in cooling the control board. Additionally, the P1S is equipped with an activated carbon filter for printing filaments such as ABS, which tend to emit odors and harmful gases during the printing process.
Furthermore, it is capable of working with various materials such as PLA, ABS, PETG, Nylon, and others. Bambu Lab P1S is also very compact and easily portable, with dimensions of just
30 x 30 x 40 cm. It is fully compatible with popular 3D modeling and slicing software such as Cura, Simplify3D, or PrusaSlicer. However, your main working SW will be
BambuStudio, which is based on PrusaSlicer.
Bambu Lab P1S also offers a large print surface with dimensions of
256 x 256 x 256 mm, which allows you to create large and detailed models. The printer also has swappable nozzles with diameters of
0.2 mm,
0.4 mm,
0.6 mm, and
0.8 mm, giving you the choice between print speed and quality. This printer also features an excellent automatic first-layer leveling function.
You can control the printer and print files from a computer or
mobile (monitoring only) using an application. The printer is connected to your home
WiFi network and updates
automatically. You don't need to use an SD card; just send files to the printer via the free cloud service.
